A new part of Pekárenský dvůr

With the Pekárenský dvůr Residence, we were the first to bring the concept of housing with exclusive services for residents to the Czech Republic. When the opportunity arose to acquire the land plot of the neighbouring block, we did not hesitate for a moment and acquired it with the vision of a project for lovers of architecture and design. Block A of Pekárenský dvůr became Block A[rt].

A reference to Czech Cubism

The unusual broken façade allows as much light as possible to enter the interior and at the same time gives the house an original face. It refers to and remarkably develops the legacy of pre-war cubist architecture, which was more prominent in the Czech Republic than anywhere else in Europe.

Art in Block A[rt]

Several Brno artists will breathe life into Block A[rt] with their art. The common spaces will become a gallery where you can discover new details of the paintings directly on the walls every day.

Partial self-sufficiency

Thanks to photovoltaics on the roofs and battery storage, the residence is partially energy self-sufficient. Own resources cover the consumption of the common spaces of the houses, the area, and underground garages with parking stackers and charging stations for electric vehicles. The wastewater heat recovery system also contributes effectively to reducing energy consumption.

Smart energy management

Each household will be connected to an online energy management system, which will give residents a constant overview of their electricity, water, and heat consumption. In addition, the online management application will also enable communication within the association of property owners.

Maximum security

The residence will be secured with state-of-the-art security access systems that will make it easier for residents to access common areas using a mobile app. Entrances will be monitored by CCTV systems with the highest level of privacy.
