Block A[rt] is connected to our project Rezidence Pekárenský dvůr, which offers a unique combination of residential services. These will of course also be available to residents of Block A[rt].

Sauna and massage room

You will experience perfect relaxation in the wellness facilities, which include a sauna, experience showers, relaxation rooms, and a separate massage room.

Fitness centre and outdoor workout

You can keep fit in the fully equipped indoor fitness centre with a separate gym and cardio zone, or in the fresh air on the workout court inside the courtyard area.

Self-service car wash

You can tend to your car upon prior reservation at the self-service car wash, which is part of the underground garages.

Park with a grill point

In the landscaped courtyard, you can enjoy peaceful family time or meet friends in the open air, just a short walk from your front door. There are several grill points in the park and a pleasant sitting area in the gazebo.

Art district

The genius loci of a former industrial district that is turning into Brno´s art district.

For several years now, murals have been created on the roofs of houses in Zábrdovice, forming the City Gallery. But this is just one piece of the cultural life around Block A[rt], which is complemented by several exhibition spaces, the Industra creative hub and the transformation of the nearby Penitentiary into a cultural centre.

Explore

Together with six other Brno artists, we created original works for Block A[rt] in the common areas of the building. Each work has its own distinctive rendition and together they form an open gallery that organically connects with the project and its artistic character.

Block A[rt] is every architect and designer's dream come true. We wanted to set the house in the context of a place that has a very artistic character. And it was the location that inspired us to create a unique project where we were able to combine architecture with art not only inside the building, but also on its facade.
